Reality-warping AI video generator will make you question everything you see online.

OpenAI’s Sora 2 artificial intelligence video generator debuted last week and took social media by storm with incredibly hyper-realistic clips making viewers question what they see online and giving Hollywood studios a run for their money.

Gone are the days of badly rendered videos of Will Smith eating spaghetti – which, believe it or not, went viral in March 2023 – just two years ago!

Now users can generate deceased paraplegic genius Stephen Hawking competing in the X Games – and killing it.

Hawking can also be prompted to unsuccessfully miss the stunt.

In another AI-generated clip, Hawking is pummeled by a UFC fighter.

Sora 2 also makes convincing surveillance footage.

In the following video, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman is caught stealing from a Target store.

In another video, Altman cooks up a Pikachu Pokemon before filleting it into steaks.

The video generator is also creating AI bodycam police confrontations and car chase footage.

Here’s a cop trying to stop a dog from stealing meat inside a grocery store.

Another video shows a cop chasing a cat absconding with a fish from a grocery store.

Users are also having fun generating cop car chase videos featuring various pop culture figures, in this case video game character Mario.

When confronted by police for erratic driving, Spongebob Squarepants says he can’t get a ticket and flees.

Here’s Pikachu getting pulled over and fleeing.

A huge pile of sliced ham gets pulled over – and peels off.

Famed cartoon cat Garfield argues with a cop over why he was speeding.

A cat behind the wheel of a car also flees after being stopped by police.

People are also using Sora 2 to experiment with bringing historical figures back to life.

Here’s Hitler leading police on a chase while traveling on a skateboard.

Rap icon Tupac Shakur also roasted the Nazi leader on-stage in a mock stand-up comedy set.

In the following video, an AI company demonstrates how their software can remove the Sora watermark with a Tupac/Michael Jackson duet, making videos even more difficult to distinguish from reality.

Hitler also argues about the east coast-west coast rap feud with rap legend The Notorious B.I.G.

In another video, Michael Jackson gets into a heated debate with Hitler about who created the moonwalk.

Tupac also strolls the streets of Havana, Cuba, as a social media influencer.

The rapper also runs into various deceased cultural icons like NBA basketball player Kobe Bryant, “The King” Elvis Presley, Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, martial arts legend Bruce Lee and does a podcast with Biggie Smalls.

Speaking of podcasts, here’s Michael Jackson on the Joe Rogan Experience.

And here’s Michael Jackson running after you in the woods.

Users also discovered they could create their own makeshift episodes of the animated South Park series out of thin air.

Here’s a fake 90s-era commercial for a toy based on Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile island created using Sora 2.

The new AI tool is also spawning a new era of “fake news.”

YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul has also received a Sora makeover with a fabricated video announcing he’s gay and plugging a makeup line.

@watch.the.content Jake came out finally!! (Made for fun Jake I know you're married to a woman just trying to make laughs!) don't sue. #Sora #fyp #ai #jakepaul #gay ♬ original sound – watch the content

Altman addressed concerns over how Sora 2 was being used to fabricate content of copyrighted characters last week, saying rights-holders will be allowed to opt-in to whether their characters can be manipulated, and announcing OpenAI could share revenue with companies when their copyrighted material is used.
