Journalist and Infowars host Nick Sortor has had a charge for Disorderly Conduct II dropped by the Multnomah County DA’s office Monday, with the county saying it couldn’t prove “beyond a reasonable doubt” that he committed any crime.
The county charged him after he was arrested on Friday following an incident where he got attacked by several Antifa thugs.
Meanwhile, the two leftist “demonstrators” who assaulted Sortor were arrested and have been charged.
“I will still be appearing in court at the Portland Justice Center at 2pm PT to finalize this. And trust me, this is ONLY the beginning,” Sortor wrote on 𝕏.

In another social media post, the journalist revealed his legal team “has come out swinging against the state of Oregon and Portland Police Bureau,” by “DEMANDING all records relating to selective enforcement and COORDINATION with Antifa,” writing, “Portland Police decided they wanted a war. Now they’ve got a war. ALL will be exposed!”

Soon after the charge was dropped, Portland Police Chief Bob Day slammed Sortor as an attention-seeker.
Day accused Sortor and other journalists of “going where they can get the views,” with Nick responding, “You’re right, Chief Day. I came here to show MILLIONS AND MILLIONS how corrupt and rotten your police department is. Thanks for your help with that!”

The charges being dropped is a small victory, but the overall fight to save American cities from Democrat policies continues.
